Hitachi Eternal Elevator held its 60th anniversary commemoration today (9th). General Manager Shen Yu-Shun stated that the company will focus on three core strategies—'new elevators (high-speed elevators)', 'replacement of aging units', and 'digital services'—to continuously expand its domestic market presence and revenue scale. The company's revenue target for this year is set at 9 billion TWD, slightly higher than last year.

Hitachi Eternal Elevator announced the launch of a dual-axis transformation strategy centered on digital and green transformation. Shen emphasized that transformation is no longer optional but a necessity, and outlined three strategic directions. First, in new elevator sales, the company will expand into the high-end market, targeting large-scale, high-value smart building projects and commercial office towers.

Second, regarding replacement of aging units, Shen noted that the company maintains over 75,000 elevators nationwide, with more than 17,000 units over 25 years old. Since older buildings often cannot afford full-scale replacements, the company will offer customized partial upgrade solutions to reduce customer burden.

Third, in digital services, the company will introduce smart technologies and digital management systems to deliver comprehensive intelligent experiences. Looking ahead to this year, Shen indicated that due to slower project launches by construction and civil engineering firms, new elevator sales are expected to remain flat. Therefore, the company will actively promote its replacement business, aiming for an overall revenue of 9 billion TWD.

Chairman Toshihiro Oguchi mentioned that Hitachi Eternal Elevator started from elevator manufacturing and has gradually expanded its business scope, creating greater value through comprehensive digitization and innovative technology applications.
