Fusion's June Revenue Up Over 20% Year-on-Year, Surpasses Monthly Line with Over Half a Trading Limit Rise

Fusion (2405-TW) benefited from stable shipments in the European market and continued progress on projects in Japan and the Asia-Pacific region, driving its June revenue to NT$165 million, marking both month-on-month and year-on-year growth, with a year-on-year increase of over 23%. This performance boosted Fusion's stock price today (9th), allowing it to reclaim the monthly moving average line.

Fusion opened at NT$17.65 in early trading, rising as high as NT$18.25, up over half a trading limit. However, gains later narrowed. As of 10:30 a.m., the stock was trading at NT$17.6, up over 3%, with trading volume exceeding 1,000 shares.

Fusion's June revenue reached NT$165 million, up 9.98% month-on-month and 23.12% year-on-year. Second-quarter revenue totaled NT$482 million, up 15.04% quarter-on-quarter and 19.31% year-on-year. Cumulative revenue for the first six months of the year reached NT$902 million, up 7.45% year-on-year.

Fusion stated that stable shipments in Europe, along with ongoing project advancements in Japan and the Asia-Pacific region—including AI visual recognition, smart retail, energy management, and smart healthcare applications—have driven increased shipments of complete systems and Panel PCs. The rising proportion of complete system shipments has further contributed to higher average selling prices (ASP).

Additionally, Fusion's subsidiary, Huan Da Medical (7726-TW), also announced its June revenue. June revenue reached NT$41.32 million, up 36% month-on-month and 97.57% year-on-year. Second-quarter revenue totaled NT$111 million, up 33.73% quarter-on-quarter and 49% year-on-year. Cumulative revenue for the first six months reached NT$193 million, up 27.01% year-on-year.

Huan Da Medical noted that improved shipment momentum in overseas markets—including continued progress on the North American market's medical air mattress control pump system project, gradually recovering demand in Europe, and sustained growth in Australia—has led to better order intake and shipment performance, driving revenue growth.
