Lead Stock LeaDeng Posts Over 5x YoY Revenue Growth in June, Surge to Daily Limit Up on Transformation Success

LeaDeng (2465-TW), a provider of graphics cards and AI solutions, has benefited from the expanding demand for enterprise AI applications, resulting in June revenue growth exceeding fivefold year-on-year. On July 9, the company's stock demonstrated strong performance, opening higher and climbing steadily to hit the daily limit-up price of NT$89.5, with trading volume more than triple that of the previous day.

LeaDeng delivered outstanding financial results in June, achieving NT$938 million in revenue, a 33.16% increase from the prior month and a remarkable 543.89% year-on-year growth. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the first half of the year has surpassed the NT$4 billion mark, reaching NT$4.075 billion, representing a 1.58-fold increase compared to the same period last year. Second-quarter revenue reached NT$2.505 billion, up 59.66% quarter-on-quarter and 2.4 times year-on-year, setting a new all-time high.

The primary driver behind this revenue surge is a robust wave of channel inventory buildup, particularly for the RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell graphics card, which has become highly sought after in the market. NVIDIA significantly increased the selling price of this model by over 50% in June, and with market expectations of continued shortages and price hikes, LeaDeng's overall sales performance has been significantly boosted.

In 2024, LeaDeng formally established a new business division to fully enter the markets for workstations, AI servers, and water-cooling and liquid-cooling equipment, offering comprehensive solutions. In terms of external strategic partnerships, the company has further collaborated with Da Hsun Technology and Ken Wei Technology, collectively holding approximately 30% of its shares, to jointly develop new products and strengthen system-level sales. Leveraging Da Hsun's expertise in chassis design and liquid-cooling technology, combined with Ken Wei's power supply integration capabilities, LeaDeng is expanding its ability to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
