PCB manufacturer Jetta Technology (3044-TW) has demonstrated robust off-season performance since 2026, with both revenue and profitability showing strong growth. Jetta announced today (10th) its latest revenue figures, revealing that its Q2 2026 revenue reached NT$24.857 billion, surpassing the previous record of NT$20.964 billion set in Q1 and marking a new all-time high. This represents an 18.57% sequential increase and a 38.84% year-on-year growth. Furthermore, the expansion of economies of scale is expected to significantly boost Q2 gross margin, which should clearly exceed Q1’s 26.51%.
Jetta’s revenue for June 2026 was NT$8.002 billion, down 7.54% from the previous month’s record-high of NT$8.654 billion, but up 41.97% year-on-year. Q2 2026 revenue totaled NT$24.857 billion, a new quarterly high, with an 18.57% quarter-on-quarter increase and a 38.84% year-on-year rise. Cumulative revenue for January to June 2026 reached NT$45.822 billion, up 30.8% year-on-year.
Company executives noted that the decline in June shipments was primarily due to end-of-quarter inventory checks by EMS manufacturers. Despite strong market demand, EMS customers’ purchasing willingness weakened in June, largely due to shortages of certain components.
Meanwhile, Jetta plans to increase its capital expenditures in 2026 to over NT$10 billion, surpassing the previous annual high of NT$8 billion and setting a new record. The investment will focus on expanding production capacity at its new facilities in Xiantao, Hubei Province, and Vietnam.
Jetta Technology’s Q1 2026 financial report showed revenue of NT$20.964 billion, gross margin of 26.51% (up 1.04 percentage points quarter-on-quarter and 1.54 points year-on-year), and net profit of NT$2.946 billion—its highest for the first quarter in history—up 19.22% quarter-on-quarter and 25.06% year-on-year, with earnings per share (EPS) of NT$5.61. With Q2 revenue rising further, the company expects gross margin to improve significantly compared to Q1.
Demand for Jetta’s server and memory-related products remains strong, with order visibility extending into the second half of the year. While major PCB manufacturers focus on supplying high-end AI servers with GPUs and ASICs, general server orders have clearly shifted to Jetta. Additionally, pricing for memory module PCBs has gradually reflected rising gold prices, resulting in stronger-than-expected order growth in both volume and value.
Jetta Technology is part of Apple’s PCB supply chain, producing PCBs for memory modules, hard drives, notebooks, optoelectronic boards, smartphones, servers, and automotive applications. It also supplies PCBs to Huawei, Samsung, and Xiaomi smartphones. Its production bases are located in Pingzhen, Taiwan; Wuxi, Jiangsu Province; and Xiantao, Hubei Province. The company has completed the acquisition of a Japanese-owned PCB factory in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, and is nearing completion of a new factory in Zhoude, Vietnam.
Jetta’s dividend of NT$12.7 per share went ex-dividend on the 9th, with an ex-dividend reference price of NT$459.5. The closing price was NT$448.5, down NT$11, indicating a significant ex-dividend discount. Daily trading volume surged to 4,593 lots.
