Molex-KY (3665-TW), a leading manufacturer of connectivity solutions, rose sharply on June 21 as the broader market rebounded over 1,000 points. The stock hit the daily trading limit at 2,000 TWD, recovering the 5-day, monthly, and semi-annual moving averages in one move.

The company reported June revenue of 8.52 billion TWD, up 15.8% month-on-month and 63.8% year-on-year. Second-quarter revenue reached 23.253 billion TWD, increasing 11.5% quarter-on-quarter and nearly 40% year-on-year. First-half revenue totaled 44.11 billion TWD, up 34% year-on-year, setting new historical highs for monthly, quarterly, and first-half periods respectively.

Molex-KY stated that overall customer demand trends and its medium-to-long-term outlook remain unchanged, with project progress continuing steadily. The company maintains a positive outlook on long-term growth drivers in high-performance computing (HPC) and semiconductor equipment sectors.

Prior to this rebound, Molex-KY's stock had corrected sharply from its all-time high of 3,010 TWD in mid-May, reaching a recent low of 1,685 TWD yesterday, a decline of 44%. However, supported by solid fundamentals, the stock regained the 2,000 TWD threshold today alongside the market recovery.
