Specialty chemical materials manufacturer Chung-Shun (7763-TW) received approval for stock listing from the Taiwan Stock Exchange today (21), with the public offering and listing expected to be completed by the end of this year to early next year. Leveraging its special amine curing agents, Chung-Shun has successfully entered the supply chains of AI servers and high-end technology hardware, and will now accelerate its global market expansion in high-value specialty chemicals and advanced electronic materials.

Chung-Shun has a paid-in capital of NT$600 million. Benefiting from its high-value, customized, and differentiated product strategy, the company achieved consolidated revenue of NT$1.023 billion in 2025, with a gross margin of 41%, pre-tax net profit of NT$281 million, and earnings per share of NT$3.66. Export sales accounted for 75.97% of total revenue, demonstrating the company’s strong pricing power due to high technological barriers, enabling it to effectively withstand cyclical fluctuations in commodity chemicals and maintain resilient profitability.

Founded in 1997, Chung-Shun has over 30 years of expertise in polymer chemical materials, focusing on the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of specialty chemicals such as special amine curing agents, special isocyanates, cross-linking agents, and functional coatings. The company has established a multinational operational structure, including its headquarters in Taichung, Taiwan, R&D and production bases in Shandong, and a sales service hub in Jiaxing.

The special amine curing agents and special isocyanates produced by Chung-Shun are key raw materials for enhancing the strength, elasticity, wear resistance, and weather resistance of polyurethane and related polymer materials. These are widely used in high-end automotive, construction, industrial equipment, aerospace, and advanced electronics industries. The HARTCURE series of special amine curing agents is a core upstream material for bismaleimide (BMI) resins, meeting the next-generation requirements of high-frequency, high-speed copper-clad laminates for heat resistance, dimensional stability, low water absorption, and long-term reliability.

With explosive growth in demand for high-speed transmission and thermal management materials from AI servers, hyperscale data center switches, 5G base stations, and high-end automotive electronics, Chung-Shun has successfully entered the global high-end technology hardware supply chain through its ultra-high-purity batch control and molecular structure design capabilities. In the medium to long term, the company will focus on three core growth drivers: advanced electronic materials, high-performance polyurethane materials, and environmentally friendly functional coatings, to drive sustained operational growth.

To meet global customer demand for green chemistry and electronic materials, Chung-Shun has planned a new, modern production base of approximately 4,000 ping in the Changhua Coastal Industrial Park, scheduled to begin operations in 2029. The new plant will significantly expand production capacity, resolve current capacity constraints, and deepen collaborative R&D and supply relationships with global Tier-1 technology manufacturers.

The Changhua plant will also comprehensively cover high-margin, cutting-edge products such as electronic chemicals, prepolymers, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), and environmentally friendly functional coatings. This will extend Chung-Shun’s product line into the high-value downstream segments of the polymer industry chain, further enhancing overall gross margins and profitability.

With rising awareness of energy conservation, carbon reduction, and the rise of artificial intelligence, Chung-Shun is not only deepening its presence in high-frequency, high-speed copper-clad laminate materials but also actively entering specialized markets for high-end hardware components such as new energy, smart wearable devices, and machine vision. The company plans to leverage its listing to enhance brand visibility and talent retention, attract top global talent, and secure more OEM and ODM collaborative development opportunities.

In the field of environmentally friendly functional coatings, Chung-Shun has accumulated extensive R&D experience and will continue to develop solvent-free, water-based, weather-resistant, energy-saving, and high-value-added products. The company aims to promote cross-industry ESG environmental initiatives and green material applications, providing global customers with comprehensive green specialty solutions.

Chung-Shun Chairman Chung Wen-ching stated that the listing approval is the result of years of dedication by employees and partners, and marks the starting point for the company’s next phase of high-speed development. Going forward, Chung-Shun will leverage its listing to全面提升 brand visibility and capital strength, actively expand into global high-end specialty and electronic chemical materials markets, and strive to become the most trusted specialty chemical partner for top-tier global customers.
