The first phase of the MRT Wanda Line is expected to open by the end of 2027, connecting the Zhonghe Jixi area to the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, significantly reducing commuting time for the Zhongyonghe area. Real estate agents have statistics on the hottest resale housing transactions along the line in the past year, with the Juxiang Station in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, being the most bustling. Stations such as Zhonghe Senior High School Station, Yonghe Yongping Elementary School Station, Zhonghe Station, and Jiayi Station also had over 100 transactions in the past year.

The real estate market at Juxiang Station had the highest transaction volume with 174 transactions in the past year. Chen Jinping from Yongreg Real Estate Research Center stated that the MRT Juxiang Station is located in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, near the border of Banqiao and Tucheng. The surrounding area is well-developed, and the station is near the Jincheng Depot. Future residential units can attract commercial establishments and provide more residential units, attracting population growth. The average price per ping in the past year was NT$473,000, making it the most affordable station on the Wanda Line.

The second highest in transaction volume is the MRT Zhonghe Senior High School Station, with 134 transactions in the past year. Chen Jinping pointed out that the MRT Zhonghe Senior High School Station is near the Jixi Commercial District, with an average price of NT$512,000 per ping in the past year. After the line opens, it will take approximately 14 minutes to reach the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Station, significantly improving commuting time to Taipei City for the surrounding area and making up for the current lack of nearby MRT stations.

Ranked third is the MRT Yonghe Yongping Elementary School Station, located in Yonghe District, New Taipei City, with 133 transactions in the past year. Chen Jinping analyzed that the MRT Yonghe Yongping Elementary School Station is the first station on the MRT Wanda Line entering New Taipei City from Taipei City. It is near Yonghe Ren'ai Park and Biyang Plaza, featuring large green spaces and shopping malls, with well-developed living functions. The average price per ping in the past year was NT$593,000. Additionally, the nearby Dachen Community public redevelopment project has a site area of 24,000 pings, which will provide new public facilities and residential spaces for the surrounding area, with promising future development.

The MRT Zhonghe Station had 127 residential transactions in the past year, equal to the transaction volume of the MRT Yonghe Yongping Elementary School Station, ranking fourth. It is also an interchange station for the MRT Wanda Line and the MRT Circular Line. Surrounding areas include Nan Shan Weili Plaza, Carrefour, Costco, and Hi-Life, offering convenient transportation and rich commercial functions, with an average price of approximately NT$532,000 per ping.

Worthy of note is the MRT Jiayi Station. Chen Jinping explained that the MRT Jiayi Station is located on Wanda Road in Wanhua District, Taipei City, with mature surrounding living functions and near Qingyan Park. The average price per ping in the past year was NT$543,000. Not only does it have a Taipei City address, but the prices in the 50,000 range are more affordable compared to other stations in Taipei City and relatively more affordable than the Yonghe Yongping Elementary School Station. The average total purchase price is approximately NT$14,740,000, equivalent to the total purchase price of Wanda Line stations in Zhonghe District. With a transaction volume of 104, it can be said to be a sweet spot for property prices on the Wanda Line.
