Au Car (2207-TW) subsidiary, all-round mobility service Little Gold Chicken Au Run Car Rental (7855-TW), in preparation for its initial public offering, will hold a stock auction from July 27 to 29. The starting price for this auction is NT$35.59 per share, with the highest bidder winning. The opening of bids is scheduled for July 31, with an official listing in mid-August. Au Run Car Rental has been deeply rooted in the car rental market for over 27 years and is a key driver of Anda Group's smart mobility services. It continuously expands its business in long-term rentals, short-term rentals, shared mobility, and used cars, with a complete vehicle lifecycle management model, diverse mobility service layout, and robust operating results. In recent years, Au Run has also continuously introduced AI technology, applying it to operational processes such as demand forecasting, smart dispatching, smart pricing, customer service, and vehicle condition recognition, continuously improving operational efficiency, service quality, and management effectiveness. Currently, Au Run's corporate long-term rentals have been ranked first in market share for 24 consecutive years, covering Toyota, Lexus, Hino, as well as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Tesla, and Porsche, providing comprehensive car solutions based on different corporate customer needs. Meanwhile, Au Run's subsidiary, Au Cloud Mobility Services, operates iRent, a leading brand in domestic car-sharing services with over 2 million members. In recent years, it has also continuously introduced electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid vehicles (HEVs). Au Run's revenue for 2024 and 2025 is NT$29.1 billion and NT$29.7 billion, respectively. Its earnings per share (EPS) last year was NT$4.61, and its first-quarter EPS this year is NT$1.3, demonstrating robust profitability and operational resilience.
