Fubon Securities announced today (23rd) the establishment of its 'Port City Branch' in response to the government's Asia Asset Management Center initiative, officially entering Kaohsiung's Asset Management Zone to provide comprehensive one-stop financial services. The service model is transitioning from traditional product sales and trade execution toward asset allocation, financial planning, and advisory services.

Fubon Securities recognizes that high-net-worth clients' wealth management needs are becoming increasingly diverse, with growing demand for global investment allocation, cross-border capital utilization, and wealth succession planning. As a result, the company is building an asset management service model that combines local presence with international connectivity.

The Port City Branch will serve as a key service hub within Kaohsiung's Asset Management Zone, integrating group resources across securities, banking, and insurance, as well as leveraging Fubon Financial Holding's 3O (OSU, OBU, and OIU) co-selling mechanism to deliver comprehensive one-stop financial services, aiming to provide high-net-worth clients with more complete wealth management solutions.

For cross-border services, Fubon Securities is combining resources from Fubon Securities (Hong Kong) and OSU operations to create an 'onshore consultation, offshore execution' model. This allows overseas high-net-worth clients to complete consultations, account opening, and financial planning in Taiwan, then proceed with investments through Hong Kong's platform and offshore infrastructure.

Fubon Securities emphasizes that by integrating global market opportunities with professional advisory services, it helps clients build multi-market, multi-currency asset allocation strategies tailored to their risk profiles and financial goals. The Port City Branch has already established a complete front-, middle-, and back-office service system and introduced a financial advisor mechanism, injecting new momentum into the development of Taiwan's asset management market.
