Everjoy Health (7835-TW) officially listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange's Emerging Board today (24th) at an offering price of NT$49.13 per share. The company will continue to target business opportunities in the health industry and deepen its layout in the first-party health data ecosystem. However, due to the broader market falling over 500 points amid renewed concerns over high oil prices, market sentiment turned negative, and Everjoy Health's much-anticipated 'honeymoon rally' failed. The stock fell more than 8% within half an hour of listing.
After opening at NT$49.1, Everjoy Health immediately broke its offering price, reaching NT$45 within 20 minutes of trading—marking a decline of over 8%.
Despite the weak debut, Everjoy Health remains optimistic about its long-term prospects. Chairman Chen Junjia stated, 'Health is a marathon. We will continue to deepen health data integration and AI applications to help enterprises, healthcare providers, and individuals transform health data into more accurate, timely, and actionable health decisions.' The company also aims to optimize recurring revenue from SaaS subscriptions and health data services to strengthen long-term operational resilience.
Everjoy Health is one of the few domestic technology platforms capable of integrating preventive medicine with digital health. In addition to continuous investment in personal data privacy protection and cold-start capabilities, the company possesses core technologies such as a highly controllable AI architecture and expert knowledge logic, enhancing technical credibility and service reliability, forming a key technological advantage for its H2U AI Health Service.
Everjoy Health noted that Taiwan's digital health market has grown from approximately NT$41.2 billion in 2020 to about NT$55 billion in 2023. The market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of around 11% over the next three years, with AI medical applications growing at an even higher CAGR of 48.1%.
Coupled with government initiatives such as the five-year NT$50 billion Precision Health budget, the 'Healthy Taiwan Deepening Plan,' the 'Three Highs Prevention 888 Plan,' the 'Da Jia Yi Plan,' and the promotion of Health Coins, these policy benefits are expected to continue driving demand growth for digital health and AI health services.
In terms of operating performance, Everjoy Health reported consolidated revenue of NT$513 million last year, a year-on-year increase of 20.81%. Revenue for the first half of this year reached NT$207 million, up 0.68% year-on-year. Looking ahead, the company plans to use Taiwan as its core base to deepen its presence in the Asian market, exporting Taiwan's health data integration capabilities and digital health platform experience to build an Asian health tech collaboration ecosystem.
