Following a series of cabin crew recruitment announcements by domestic and international airlines in the first half of the year, Tigerair Taiwan (6757-TW) announced today (27th) that it will recruit an additional 30 cabin crew members to meet strong growth momentum, route network expansion, and the planned introduction of its third-generation fleet starting in 2028. The airline is also continuing to accept applications for multiple in-house positions.
Tigerair Taiwan stated that, due to robust development in the passenger market, the recruitment period for cabin crew will open on August 3 and remain open until August 16. After initial document screening, first-round interviews will be held on August 29, followed by second-round interviews on September 5. Successful candidates will report in mid-November, and upon completion of training, will officially join as cabin crew members.
Applicants must hold Republic of China nationality and possess a degree from a domestic or foreign university recognized by the Ministry of Education. In terms of language proficiency, candidates must have a TOEIC score of at least 550 or an equivalent qualification. Proficiency in Japanese or Korean conversation is preferred. The work location for successful hires will be assigned to either Taoyuan or Kaohsiung, depending on business needs.
Currently, Tigerair Taiwan operates the most flight routes to Japan and South Korea among Taiwanese carriers. The airline has recently introduced several workplace optimization measures, including officially allowing cabin crew to wear eyeglasses during duty.
