Healthy Industry, a Taiwanese supplier of automobile and motorcycle rearview mirrors (7925-TW), is scheduled to list on the OTC on August 3, with Yuanta Securities as the main underwriter. Healthy Industry states that the latest adjustment in Taiwan-US tariff policy has set the tariff rate for Taiwanese automobile parts at no more than 15%, giving it a significant advantage over major competitors. Additionally, with the expected expansion of domestic Toyota into overseas markets, it is optimistic about directly benefiting from this. With the rapid development of AI, autonomous vehicles, and smart cabins, Healthy Industry believes that automobiles are gradually evolving from transportation tools into mobile smart sensing platforms, with a continuous increase in demand for cameras and visual sensing systems installed on vehicles. Therefore, it is upgrading from a traditional rearview mirror manufacturer to a smart in-vehicle visual solution supplier. Healthy Industry further points out that it has successfully introduced strategic investor Murakami Kaimeido, Japan's largest rearview mirror manufacturer. Through technical exchanges and global supply chain cooperation, it can expand into overseas markets. On the other hand, with Toyota establishing Guorui in Taiwan as its fourth production base, supplying to the Japanese and overseas markets, the sales volume of domestically produced Toyota vehicles is expected to increase, directly benefiting Healthy Industry. Healthy Industry's main products include BSD blind spot detection rearview mirrors, AVM surround view imaging rearview mirrors, CMS electronic rearview mirrors, Smart Mirror smart motorcycle rearview mirrors, and multi-path imaging systems for commercial vehicles. These can be widely applied in ADAS, autonomous vehicles, and smart cabins, and have entered the original equipment Tier 1 suppliers of the top four car brands in Japan, the US, Europe, and South Korea. Healthy Industry states that the penetration rate of the top ten global automobile and heavy machinery brands is approximately 60%. In addition to OEM/ODM business, it also operates the North American private brand K SOURCE, focusing on modular, quick-installation, and functional upgrade concepts for rearview mirror accessories. It has over 4,000 products and more than 23,000 sales points, covering the top three automobile chain stores and e-commerce platforms in North America.
