Hua Sheng Partners with Sugars to Expand AI Vision Applications

Connector manufacturer Hua Sheng (6272-TW) announced today (28th) that it has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sugars Co., Ltd. The two companies will jointly develop high-speed image transmission and system integration solutions to accelerate the commercialization of AI Vision applications.

Hua Sheng stated that by combining Sugars' expertise in AI Vision ICs, MIPI high-speed interfaces, and real-time data transmission technologies with Hua Sheng’s strengths in high-speed connectors, high-speed cable assemblies, electronic subsystem integration, and global manufacturing footprint, they will co-develop high-speed image transmission and system integration solutions.

Hua Sheng indicated that this collaboration will focus on technology exchange, global customer partnerships, and market promotion, targeting high-growth applications such as AI Vision, smart automotive, AI robotics, smart healthcare, industrial automation, and Edge AI.

In recent years, Hua Sheng has actively expanded into three new business areas: CCDC high-speed transmission, ATTD advanced thermal conduction, and ICPS intelligent industrial control. In high-speed transmission, the company has entered the high-speed interconnect market for AI servers and HPC supercomputing platforms, including PCIe 6.0 & 7.0 solutions.
