From traditional HDI to Anylayer HDI and modified Semi-Additive Process (mSAP HDI), the company's technological capabilities have reached the level of its Japanese and Korean counterparts. Taiwan Epistar has maintained its position as the global leader for 20 consecutive years, with a market share exceeding 70%, demonstrating its competitive advantages.

In the high-speed materials sector, since entering the market in 2017, Taiwan Epistar has become the global leader in 2023 and has maintained its leading position in 2024 and 2025. The market share has reached 38.6%, and it is expected that the market share will gradually increase in the next few years.

After achieving global market leadership in the above two major PCB markets, Prismark announced in July 2026 that Taiwan Epistar's revenue in 2025 has surged to the top of the global CCL industry, significantly improving from the third place in 2024, and surpassing Unimicron and Shenzhen Kinwong, officially taking the leading position in the global industry.

Looking ahead, Taiwan Epistar remains optimistic about the market prospects for its entire product line. The demand for applications such as AI servers, general-purpose servers, switches, low-orbit satellites, and memory modules is growing steadily. Leveraging its five core advantages—technological capabilities, production scale, control of raw materials, global sales channels, and financial resources—Taiwan Epistar will continue to drive operational expansion. It is expected that the company will maintain a 'full product, full sales' approach in the coming year.
