Yi Tai (7818-TW) initiated a two-month share buyback program on June 23 to stabilize its stock price and completed it ahead of schedule today (30). A total of 3,000 shares were repurchased, representing 1.79% of the company's issued shares, aimed at safeguarding corporate credit and shareholder equity. The average repurchase price was NT$67.92 per share.

Yi Tai was listed on May 18 at an offering price of NT$70 per share. As of today’s completion, the closing price stands at NT$65.6.

Yi Tai Enterprise reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of NT$2.782 billion, down 12.84% year-on-year, with post-tax net profit of NT$132 million, down 52.56% year-on-year, resulting in earnings per share of NT$0.88. Revenue for January to June 2026 totaled NT$5.788 billion, down 12.31% year-on-year.

With over 40 years of experience in water treatment, Yi Tai's business spans residential, commercial, and industrial water purification. The company is actively expanding its facilities, with estimated capital expenditures reaching NT$1.2 billion in 2026. Institutional analysts project double-digit revenue growth for this year. Actual capital expenditure in 2025 was NT$1 billion. This year’s investment plan will grow capacity in Nanjing, Thailand, and Pingtung.

In industrial water treatment, Yi Tai has already engaged in ultra-pure water systems, process wastewater treatment, recycled water reuse, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects for the semiconductor, electronics, and optoelectronics industries. As technology manufacturers continue to improve water recycling efficiency and increase the proportion of recycled water usage, industrial water treatment systems and subsequent maintenance services will become a key component of the company’s medium- to long-term strategy.

Additionally, Yi Tai is advancing activated carbon regeneration and RO membrane cleaning technologies. The Pingtung activated carbon regeneration plant has obtained a waste recycling license (Class R), and upon customer verification, will target the circular material demands of the semiconductor and electronics industries. Through recovery, regeneration, and reuse mechanisms, the company aims to help clients reduce waste disposal volumes and resource consumption, potentially contributing new growth momentum after certification.
