The Wang Brand Group's Xiamuni brand has announced a limited-time set meal for the Qixi Festival. Despite being a brand operated by Wang Brand for 21 years, market demand remains strong. Currently, there are 15 Xiamuni stores across Taiwan, and the group plans to open 3 more by the end of this year and another 3 by next year, bringing the total to 21 stores. In addition to street stores, they are also planning to open stores in department stores, including Xinchuang Yulon City, Taichung Shoushun, and Yilan Xin Yue Plaza. Wang Brand sees the trend of teppanyaki brands entering department stores as a new opportunity for Xiamuni. The planned store sizes are 80-100 ping (approximately 264-330 square meters) with about 60 seats, smaller than typical street stores but with high space efficiency. Wang Brand's teppanyaki business group grew by 3-5% in the first half of the year and is optimistic about the stronger growth momentum of existing stores in the second half. The group expects to achieve a 6% increase in annual performance, accounting for approximately 20% of total revenue. In addition to Xiamuni, Wang Brand's teppanyaki brands also include Hankomae and Jushi, targeting high-end and budget markets, respectively. The group plans to open a total of 4 new stores for these brands by the end of next year, and Jushi will launch a new business model in August.
