AOI equipment manufacturer MUT (3563-TW) announced today its latest revenue figures. In July 2026, revenue reached NT$359 million, marking a new record high. Cumulative revenue for January to July 2026 amounted to NT$2.271 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 11.61%. MUT’s net profit after tax for the first half of 2026 was NT$627 million, up 14.5% year-on-year, with earnings per share at NT$9.8.

MUT stated that as AI infrastructure continues to expand, demand for applications such as high-end IC substrates, MSAP processes, and high-speed optical communication modules has simultaneously intensified. The MSAP process, in particular, has rapidly grown due to the need for high-density, high-precision circuitry in AI servers, high-speed switches, and optical modules. It has become a critical manufacturing technology for high-end substrates and advanced packaging, driving continuous growth in demand for related inspection equipment. The company continues to deepen its dual-track strategy in PCB and semiconductor inspection equipment, actively capturing business opportunities in next-generation advanced processes through technological innovation and new product development.

Meanwhile, in response to extended lead times for certain key components compared to previous periods, the company has proactively prepared inventory for critical components and planned supply chain collaborations in advance. It continues to expand supply chain management and strategic partnerships to enhance supply chain flexibility and delivery capacity, ensuring customer delivery schedules and shipment requirements are met, thereby strengthening overall operational resilience.

Looking ahead, the company indicated that current order visibility remains at a healthy level, with orders for certain high-end products already extending into the next several quarters. Market demand is stronger than the same period last year. As applications in AI, high-performance computing, MSAP, high-end IC substrates, optical communication modules, and advanced packaging continue to develop rapidly, the results of new product introductions are also expected to gradually materialize. The company maintains an optimistic outlook for future operations.

MUT Technology’s revenue for Q2 2026 was NT$1.047 billion, with a gross margin of 60.41%, down 0.17 percentage points quarter-on-quarter and 3.82 percentage points year-on-year. Net profit after tax was NT$332 million, up 12.65% quarter-on-quarter and 36.15% year-on-year, with earnings per share at NT$5.19.
