The Ministry of Finance's Tax Administration announced today (4th) the winners of the 115th year May-June Uniform Invoice draw. This period saw 18 winners of the Grand Prize ($10 million NT), and 22 winners of the Special Prize ($2 million NT). The luckiest winner spent only $10 on an Uber Eats delivery fee and won the $10 million jackpot. Other notable wins include a $49 grocery receipt from a Hi-Life store in New Taipei's Shimen District and a $60 fuel receipt from a CPC gas station in Kaohsiung, proving that even small purchases can lead to life-changing rewards.
The Grand Prize winning number is '38548029', and the Special Prize number is '10138845'. After excluding invalid, canceled, or business-purchased invoices, the Tax Administration confirmed 18 eligible Grand Prize and 22 Special Prize winning invoices. The lowest-value purchase to win $10 million was a $10 delivery fee receipt from Uber Eats in Linkou, New Taipei City.
Notably, digital and cross-border transactions are gaining prominence in winning trends. Subscriptions to OpenAI ($690), purchases on Coupang ($241), app payments on Google Play ($620), and monthly telecom fees from Taiwan Mobile and Chunghwa Telecom all produced $10 million winners, highlighting the rising odds of winning through cloud-based invoices.
The Tax Administration reminds the public that the prize redemption period for this draw runs from August 6 to November 5, 115 (2026). For those using digital carriers to store cloud invoices without printing the electronic proof, there is a dual chance to win through the cloud invoice exclusive lottery. Users who complete mobile barcode registration and set up an automatic bank transfer account by July 24, 115 (2026), will have their $10 million prize automatically deposited starting August 6, along with exemption from stamp duty—offering both convenience and cost savings.
