Jien Chie (3653-TW) is benefiting from increased B300 volume and Rubin shipments, leading to a continuous rise in the revenue contribution of its heat spreaders. Combined with pricing leverage, analysts expect Jien Chie's gross margin and profitability to increase quarter-on-quarter in Q2, driving the stock to hit the daily trading limit today (4th), closing at NT$4,145.

Jien Chie opened lower at NT$3,710 this morning but quickly turned positive and surged to the upper limit at NT$4,145, holding above all moving averages. It ranks 9th among Taiwan's 'thousand-dollar stocks' (stocks over NT$1,000), with around 800 buy orders queued and trading volume exceeding 2,000 lots.

Jien Chie stated that starting this quarter, monthly ASIC shipments will surpass GPU shipments, with ASIC products gradually ramping up volume. The company reported June revenue of NT$2.65 billion, up 15% month-on-month and 58% year-on-year, setting a new monthly record. Cumulative revenue for the first half of the year reached NT$12.6 billion, up 27% year-on-year, also a record high for the period.

On the GPU front, B300 and Rubin continue to contribute steadily. Analysts noted that the heat spreader for Rubin Ultra has completed initial testing and is expected to enter mass production in Q2 next year—earlier than the originally anticipated second half. As a result, analysts are optimistic that Rubin Ultra will drive revenue and profit growth next year.
