The company released its latest financial results on the 4th, reporting a net profit of NT$6.56 million in the second quarter of 2026, marking a turnaround from losses in both the prior quarter and the same period last year. Earnings per share (EPS) stood at NT$0.19. For the first half of 2026, the company posted a net loss of NT$25.88 million, or a loss of NT$0.73 per share.

Audio manufacturer Jin Tai Electronics recorded Q2 2026 revenue of NT$617 million, with a gross margin of 15.8%, up 9.88 percentage points sequentially but down 7.03 percentage points year-on-year. Net profit after tax for Q2 2026 was NT$6.56 million, turning profitable compared to the previous and year-ago periods, with an EPS of NT$0.19.

For January to June 2026, Jin Tai Electronics generated revenue of NT$954 million, with a gross margin of 12.31%, down 9.21 percentage points year-on-year. The company incurred a net loss of NT$25.88 million in the first half, equivalent to a loss of NT$0.73 per share.

The recovery in Jin Tai Electronics’ Q2 revenue was primarily driven by increased procurement momentum from its U.S.-based clients, the gradual commercialization of new speaker development projects, and volume contributions from flagship models launched by customers. Meanwhile, the NT$210 million raised through the cash capital increase will begin trading on the over-the-counter market tomorrow (5th). The funds will be entirely used to repay bank loans, contributing to improved financial structure.

Regarding its business outlook for the second half of 2026, Jin Tai Electronics stated that with confirmed product price increases, the resolution of key component shortages and production capacity bottlenecks, ongoing product mix optimization, and a new series of speaker products approaching mass production, along with AVR (audio-video receiver) products scheduled for mass production and shipment in the second half, all factors are expected to support stronger operational performance. Analysts project that Jin Tai Electronics’ operations in 2026 will continue to improve quarter by quarter, with second-half performance clearly outperforming the first half.
