Choy Yue (2496-TW) has released its first-half financial report, reporting a post-tax net profit of NT$47.36 million, a 9.2% year-on-year increase, with earnings per share (EPS) reaching NT$2.48. The company has also partnered with AI technology firm Lens AI to establish an AI division to reduce future management costs and strengthen operational efficiency.

Although Choy Yue's Q2 performance was dampened by conservative provisions for potential litigation losses, the company benefited from its vertically integrated strategy. Business in junior and elementary school segments has gradually become a key growth driver, improving core business structure and boosting overall profitability in the first half.

While strengthening its core education business, Choy Yue has introduced AI into critical processes such as textbook management, printing operations, financial reconciliation, and talent recruitment. This integration helps headquarters and branch campuses reduce repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency across academic affairs, HR, finance, IT, and procurement departments, while lowering future management costs.

Dr. Tseng Shu-Ling, Chairman of Choy Yue Success, stated, 'AI adoption in enterprises should go beyond slogans or isolated tools. Instead, personnel should define operational goals and governance boundaries, allowing AI to assist in execution, measurement, and continuous improvement. AI applications validated through Chen Li Education will be gradually extended to other group business units, establishing replicable and scalable operational models.'

Additionally, its subsidiary Choy Yue Global continues expanding in Indonesia’s foreign talent development market, extending the group’s accumulated training and assessment capabilities to Mandarin communication, caregiving skills, and pre-employment training. This initiative aims to progressively connect overseas talent sourcing with Taiwan’s long-term care market demands. Going forward, Choy Yue Success will leverage growth in junior and elementary school operations and improved gross margins to simultaneously advance AI-driven operations and foreign talent development, injecting new momentum for its next phase of growth.
