Harvard Business Review (HBR) today (5th) released the sixth edition of its 'Taiwan's Top 100 Business Leaders' list. Lin Hsu-Ting, Chairman of Sharp Point Technology (8021-TW), a global leader in precision PCB drill bits and drilling solutions, has been selected for the first time and attended the award ceremony held at the Far Eastern Plaza on August 5.

Lin expressed deep honor in representing Sharp Point Technology in receiving this recognition from Harvard Business Review Taiwan. He sincerely thanked the selection committee, emphasizing that this achievement belongs to all Sharp Point employees, customers, partners, and supporters who have stood by the company throughout its journey.

Lin noted that for 30 years since its founding, Sharp Point Technology has remained focused on precision PCB drill bits and drilling processes, with products widely used in AI, high-performance computing, networking, and automotive electronics. In light of the new industrial wave driven by AI, Sharp Point will continue to deepen its core technologies, enhance precision manufacturing, execute every task with excellence, and contribute to the global electronics supply chain.

HBR stated that the 'Taiwan's Top 100 Business Leaders' list is primarily evaluated based on long-term financial performance during a leader's tenure, including metrics such as Total Shareholder Return (TSR) and cumulative market capitalization growth, comprehensively assessing business outcomes and long-term value creation.

Under Lin's leadership, Sharp Point Technology has consistently invested in R&D, precision manufacturing, and global expansion, maintaining stable operations through industry cycles while seizing new growth opportunities driven by AI, high-performance computing, and advanced electronics applications. This sustained competitiveness and long-term resilience have earned the company this prestigious recognition.

Reflecting on the award, Lin said, 'Standing here today, I am deeply reminded of the many outstanding and leading enterprises in Taiwan. It is through continuous innovation and collaboration across industries that Taiwan has achieved its critical role in the global supply chain. I hope to work hand-in-hand with Taiwan's industries to create greater value for the global technology sector.'

Looking ahead, Sharp Point Technology will continue to center its strategy on precision manufacturing and technological innovation, deepen its global footprint, enhance product and service value, and grow together with customers, partners, and Taiwan's industrial ecosystem, contributing to the advancement of the global technology industry.
