Amid surging demand in the networking market, frequency component manufacturer SiTime (2484-TW) released its latest financial results today (5th), revealing a post-tax net profit of NT$86.03 million in Q2 2026, a 65.91% increase quarter-on-quarter and a turnaround from the same period in 2025. This marks the highest profit in 15 quarters, with earnings per share (EPS) at NT$0.54. The company's net profit for the first half of 2026 reached NT$138 million, already exceeding its full-year profit for 2025.

SiTime’s H1 2026 financial report shows a post-tax net profit of NT$138 million, a 5.76-fold year-on-year increase, with H1 EPS at NT$0.86.

In Q2 2026, SiTime achieved revenue of NT$656 million, with a gross margin of 26.71%, up 4.51 percentage points quarter-on-quarter and 9.75 percentage points year-on-year. Post-tax net profit was NT$86.03 million, up 65.91% QoQ, turning profitable compared to Q2 2025, and marking a 15-quarter high. EPS stood at NT$0.54.

From January to June 2026, SiTime recorded revenue of NT$1.214 billion, with a gross margin of 24.64%, up 7.08 percentage points year-on-year. Post-tax net profit reached NT$138 million, a 5.76-fold year-on-year increase, with H1 EPS at NT$0.86.

Additionally, SiTime expressed a positive outlook for revenue growth in the second half of 2026, as networking market demand enters its peak season.

SiTime has also completed the settlement of gains from the disposal of its investment in Rakon. The sale generated proceeds of NT$870 million, with a book cost of NT$136 million. Estimated taxes amount to NT$134 million, resulting in an after-tax contribution of NT$536 million. This gain is recorded under other comprehensive income in the asset section, increasing net asset value per share by NT$3.368, thereby boosting distributable retained earnings.

Regarding dividend distribution, SiTime declared a cash dividend of NT$0.7 per share for the previous year’s earnings, with the ex-dividend date set for August 24 and dividend payments scheduled for September 24.
