Twinhead (3324-TW) benefited from increased orders for NVIDIA's (NVDA-US) GB series products, coupled with ongoing customer adoption of liquid cooling solutions, driving its July revenue to NT$3.765 billion, more than doubling year-on-year and setting a new all-time monthly high. This strong performance propelled Twinhead's stock to hit the daily trading limit today (6th), closing at NT$1,060, thereby re-entering the prestigious 'thousand-dollar' stock category.

Twinhead opened sharply higher at NT$1,020 this morning, quickly surging to the upper limit and closing at NT$1,060, reclaiming its position among the thousand-dollar stocks, ranking 47th. The buy order queue stood at approximately 700 shares, with trading volume exceeding 6,000 shares. The three major institutional investors have also been accumulating positions, buying a net total of 1,224 shares over the past four consecutive trading days.

Twinhead's July revenue reached NT$3.765 billion, representing a 38.54% increase month-on-month and a 117% year-on-year surge, marking a new monthly record. Cumulative revenue for the first seven months of the year reached NT$21.014 billion, up 83.28% year-on-year, also setting a new high for the same period.

Twinhead stated that the revenue growth was driven by the recognition of deferred orders from June, additional orders for GB series products, and customer adoption of liquid cooling solutions. The company further noted that although AI servers are entering a transition period between old and new product generations, there remains sustained customer demand for GB series products, indicating that market demand remains robust.

In addition to strong GPU product shipments, ASIC products are also progressively being integrated with liquid cooling solutions in the second half of the year. Analysts expect that driven by both GPU and ASIC demand, Twinhead's full-year revenue could grow by approximately 70% in 2023.
