Listed construction company Fuhu Construction (2536-TW) has been listed for over 30 years. Following the completion of the repurchase of 6,000 shares of treasury stock on July 22, the company decided on June 6 to repurchase an additional 16,000 shares of treasury stock within two months. If all shares are repurchased, they will account for 4.81% of the company's equity and will be used to reduce the number of shares outstanding.

Fuhu Construction will repurchase 1.6 million shares of treasury stock at a price of no more than 29.25 yuan per share starting from July 7 for two months. This is the second time Fuhu has repurchased treasury stock since its listing 30 years ago, with the purpose of maintaining corporate credit and shareholder rights.

Fuhu's revenue for the first half of 2026 was 4.991 billion yen, with net profit of 7.32 billion yen and earnings per share of 2.2 yuan. Fuhu's net asset value per share reached 38.91 yuan by the end of the first quarter.

The veteran construction company Fuhu closed at 17.95 yuan today.

Fuhu completed the repurchase of 6,000 shares of treasury stock on July 22, with treasury stock accounting for 1.8% of the company's equity.

Fuhu's old zone segment commercial building in Neihu was completed this year, with a total sales volume of 4.08 billion yuan. Future completion schedules include the Beitou Yangming project with a total sales volume of 4.5 billion yuan in 2027, Shichin-yuan with a total sales volume of 3.5 billion yuan in 2028, and the third phase of Fuhu Central Park with a total sales volume of 6 billion yuan in 2029. Fuhu has ample land inventory to meet project needs for the next four years.
