China's A-share market officially entered the subscription phase for the so-called 'first humanoid robot stock' on Monday (August 10), as Unitree Technology launched online and offline IPO subscriptions. Multiple brokerage firms estimate the allocation rate to be between 0.02% and 0.03%, significantly lower than ChangXin Technology's 0.47%.

Unitree Technology set its IPO price last week at 150.8 yuan per share (RMB, same below), corresponding to a market capitalization of approximately 60.993 billion yuan. The company plans to issue 40.4464 million shares, representing 10% of its post-issuance total shares, with an expected fundraising amount of about 6.099 billion yuan.

From its IPO application acceptance on March 20 to the official subscription launch on August 10, Unitree completed the process in under five months, setting the record for the fastest IPO review in 2024.

During the online roadshow last Friday (August 7), Wang Xingxing, Chairman, CEO, and CTO of Unitree Technology, stated that the company achieved the world's highest shipment volume of humanoid robots in 2023. However, he emphasized that 'current achievements are just the starting point,' noting that the embodied intelligence industry as a whole remains in its early development stage, similar to the early days of home computers.

Wang Xingxing further stated that Unitree will continue to advance key software and hardware technologies, including embodied large models, scene data collection and analysis, reinforcement learning, and self-developed core components.
