Hung Su (3131-TW) announced July revenue of NT$792 million, representing a 25.65% increase month-on-month and a 42.41% increase year-on-year. Cumulative revenue for the first seven months reached NT$4.116 billion, up 20.07% year-on-year. Driven by strong customer shipments and the gradual ramp-up of new production capacity, July revenue achieved the second-highest level in the company's history.
Hung Su noted that demand for advanced semiconductor processes and related equipment continues to grow, maintaining robust market demand. The company is deepening its core technologies, expanding production capacity, and enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making execution through organizational optimization and specialized division of labor, laying a solid foundation for the next phase of growth.
In alignment with future development plans and organizational restructuring, Hung Su’s board recently approved adjustments to the executive leadership team. Since assuming the role of Chairman last year, Chang Tai-Shan has successfully led the company through key milestones, including land acquisition for expansion and treasury share repurchases, establishing a strong foundation for future growth.
To support the company’s next strategic phase and strengthen management division, the board has elected Chang Hung-Tai as Chairman, responsible for overseeing overall business strategy and corporate governance. Chang Tai-Shan will transition to Vice Chairman, continuing to support strategic development and major operational initiatives. Additionally, Chung Shih-Chun, formerly CEO of Tian Hong Technology within the group, has been appointed CEO of Hung Su, responsible for day-to-day operations management.
Hung Su stated that this leadership transition is based on long-term development and talent planning, aiming to further enhance management efficiency and organizational resilience through experience succession and professional specialization. The new leadership team will continue to collaborate closely, seize growth opportunities in the semiconductor industry, and drive sustainable value creation for shareholders, customers, and employees.
