Iranian President Pezeshkian said on Monday the 10th that he had just held talks with Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei (Mojtaba Khamenei), stating that Mojtaba's 'physical condition is good'.

Pezeshkian made the remarks during an interview with Iran's state-run IRIB television. He said that during their latest meeting, which lasted seven hours, Mojtaba continuously conveyed messages of 'unity and cohesion'.

Pezeshkian described the meeting as 'very good' and listed livelihood, employment, and housing as top priorities. He added, 'We also discussed problems arising from sanctions.'

Regarding Mojtaba's health, Pezeshkian stated, 'In terms of health, he is completely healthy.' He emphasized that someone capable of sitting for seven to eight hours discussing complex issues 'cannot possibly have any health problems'.

Meanwhile, according to Iran's Tasnim News Agency, Mojtaba issued a decree on the same day appointing six senior military commanders. Ali Abdollahi was named Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, and Kioumars Heidari was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff.

Tasnim News Agency reported on the 9th that Pezeshkian met with Mojtaba at the beginning of his third year as president, holding discussions.

Last week, several Israeli media outlets cited opposition media IranWire, claiming Mojtaba was critically ill and had been urgently hospitalized.

Sources revealed that 'rumors are spreading among Iran's top government officials that Mojtaba is in critical condition and could die at any moment,' and that 'we would not be surprised if we soon hear news of his martyrdom.'
