With major projects such as the National Sports Park integrated development, set to launch by the end of 2025, and the construction of the new campus for the National Gaokexue Experimental Senior High School contributing to revenue, the company’s second-half 2026 performance is expected to exceed both the prior-year period and the first half.

The company’s H1 performance was primarily driven by smooth execution of ongoing projects across the group, with all projects progressing steadily according to schedule and revenue recognized accordingly. Overall construction efficiency continued to improve. During the same period, newly awarded contracts totaled NT$1.3874 billion, reflecting strong order momentum and laying a solid foundation for future growth in the second half and beyond.

Additionally, Q2 2026 revenue of NT$996 million marked a record high for any single quarter, representing a 9% increase from the previous quarter and a 12% increase year-on-year. The quarterly post-tax net profit was NT$88.73 million, with EPS at NT$1.69. These financial results have been reviewed by auditors and were approved by the board of directors on the 11th.

Sanyo Enterprise’s current construction portfolio spans diverse sectors including industrial park development, civil engineering, public infrastructure, and social housing. Key projects include the Baipu Industrial Park development in Kaohsiung City, the civil and electromechanical works for Kaohsiung MRT’s Xiaogang-Linyuan Line RLC02 section, the new integrated parking facility on the east side of Kaohsiung International Airport, the National Sports Park integrated development, the new campus construction for the National Gaokexue Experimental Senior High School, and the Yuchung Anju Social Housing project in Tainan City. These projects will contribute to future revenue as construction progresses.

Sanyo Enterprise’s CEO, Cheng-Chih Hsu, stated that public infrastructure and technology-related construction remain the two major growth drivers for the construction industry. Benefiting from the government’s continued promotion of major infrastructure projects and sustained investment momentum in the high-tech sector, demand in the construction market remains robust. The company will continue to align with national development policies and local needs, actively participating in forward-looking and high-value-added projects to expand its order book and strengthen its operational growth momentum.
