Hanhsel (7856-TW), a provider of test interface solutions, released its financial report for the first half of 2025 today (the 13th). Benefiting from surging demand for AI and high-performance computing (HPC) applications, the company saw simultaneous growth in demand for wafer probe equipment, customized products, and engineering services. Net profit after tax reached NT$584 million, a year-on-year increase of 389.36%, with earnings per share (EPS) at NT$21.50—both figures setting new historical records.
Hanhsel’s first-half revenue totaled NT$2.185 billion, up 114.5% year-on-year. The gross margin stood at 54.88%, operating margin at 33.59%, and net profit after tax at NT$584 million, up 389.36% annually. EPS reached NT$21.50, with both revenue and profitability achieving all-time highs.

According to Hanhsel CEO Wang Tzu-Chien, "As AI and HPC chips continue advancing toward higher performance and higher power consumption, wafer testing environments are becoming increasingly complex, driving greater customer demand for diversified test solutions. Leveraging our long-accumulated testing expertise and R&D capabilities, we have continuously developed various customized products, including thermal management modules for high-power testing and wafer chucks designed to address wafer warpage issues. These products have performed well and have become one of the key drivers of our growth."
Meanwhile, Hanhsel has long served as a partner to major Japanese equipment manufacturers, providing technical engineering services such as installation, relocation, retrofitting, and maintenance for wafer probers. As customers continue expanding their advanced process and testing capacities, the installed base of equipment is growing, further boosting subsequent maintenance and service demand.
Hanhsel stated that its three core business segments—probe cards and cleaning materials, test equipment engineering services, and semiconductor equipment and customized products—all showed significant growth during the first half of this year. Through diversified operations, the company continues to deepen its collaboration with customers while optimizing its revenue structure.
