NVIDIA's Jensen Huang Ranked #1 CEO on Glassdoor 2026 List with 99% Employee Approval

Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA (NVDA-US), has been ranked #1 on Glassdoor's 2026 Best CEOs list.

NVIDIA shared this news on its official blog, emphasizing that the ranking is based on direct employee evaluations. Huang tops the list with a 99% employee approval rating for his leadership performance.

Glassdoor stated, "As AI and evolving expectations redefine the modern workplace, exceptional leadership has never been more critical. The top 50 CEOs don't just manage daily operations—they empower employees and build authentic company cultures."

Glassdoor has relaunched its Best CEOs list this year after a five-year hiatus, replacing the former "Best Leadership Companies" list. This shift aims to place greater focus on the leadership of CEOs and senior executives, and their impact on employee experience and corporate reputation. NVIDIA previously ranked #1 on the 2025 Best Leadership Companies list.

Glassdoor also released its "Best Workplaces in Tech & AI" list, where NVIDIA ranked #1 in January 2026. Notably, 28 of the 50 CEOs on the 2026 Best CEOs list also appear on Glassdoor's 2026 Best Workplaces list, highlighting how strong executive leadership and positive workplace culture often go hand in hand.

Significantly, nine tech industry CEOs made the 2026 Glassdoor Top 50 Best CEOs list—the highest number from any single industry—followed by real estate, financial services, and manufacturing.
