AVer (3669-TW) announced the launch of its AI Office strategic initiative, focusing on three core applications—AI reception systems, AI workspaces, and AI digital signage—to expand into new commercial application scenarios. This move is expected to significantly increase the revenue contribution from high-value products and become a strong growth driver for the company’s mid-to-long-term operations.
AVer stated that as global enterprises undergo digital transformation, office spaces are no longer limited to traditional video conferencing but are rapidly advancing toward full-area intelligence and automated management. As a result, the company is expanding its operational scope from the traditional 'Meeting Room Collaboration' domain into comprehensive 'AI Office' applications.
Building upon its existing plug-and-play video conferencing hardware, AVer is moving toward a new era of hardware-software integration. Beyond maximizing the effectiveness of Microsoft Teams room solutions and fully integrating with office platforms and services, the company plans to further develop space sensing technology, agent-based AI computing, and autonomous space scheduling systems, transforming itself into a full-fledged AI Office solutions provider.
Leveraging its core competencies in optical cameras, acoustic audio, auto-tracking, and AI algorithms, AVer aims to deliver efficient, secure, and intelligent spatial experiences. The first focus is the AI reception system, which integrates automatic visitor check-in, facial recognition, real-time notifications, and digital reception to help enterprises reduce operational and labor costs.
Next is the AI workspace, which provides precise data analytics on meeting room occupancy, seat utilization, and people counting. It can also connect with environmental control systems to automatically adjust lighting and air conditioning, achieving smart energy-saving goals. The AI digital signage can identify the gender and time of day of individuals present, dynamically delivering customized content and advertisements, while supporting visitor navigation and welcome displays.
AVer emphasized that the global AI Office market is thriving. The company will establish high technical barriers through 'AI-enhanced meeting experiences,' 'voice-driven multi-camera tracking (Multi-Cam),' and 'professional audio-visual integrated solutions (Total Solution)' to accelerate deployment across diverse environments. This strategy aims to optimize the overall product portfolio and gross profit structure, creating strong momentum for operational growth.
