Back-to-School Shopping Spree: 11% OPENPOINT Rewards Unveiled as Uni-President Supermarket Partners with Key Retailers

Anticipating the September back-to-school season, a peak period for purchasing stationery, books, and various campus lifestyle products, iPass Corp., a subsidiary of Uni-President Supermarket (2912-TW), announced today (31st) a valuable shopping promotion in partnership with major retail chains such as 99 Store, Beststone, Jin Xing Fa, and Guang Nan Wholesale. By using icash Pay or icash2.0 at these outlets, customers can receive up to 11% in OPENPOINT rewards.

iPass Corp. noted that with the start of the new semester, student demand for essential school supplies is rising. From September 1 to September 30, customers who spend over NT$250 in a single transaction at 99 Store, Beststone, or Jin Xing Fa using icash Pay will receive 20 OPENPOINT reward points.

Additionally, from September 1 to September 28, iPass is participating in the Ministry of Economic Affairs' 'Pay & Win Lucky Month' campaign. Users who make payments via the icash Pay app will have a chance to win 999 OPENPOINT points each week.

Furthermore, the popular promotion offering 4% OPENPOINT rewards for linking icash Pay with the CTBC Bank uniopen co-branded card has been extended until December 31, 2026. Users who bind the card and spend over NT$199 per transaction will receive 4% in OPENPOINT rewards, capped at 150 points per user per month. This reward can be combined with the Uni-President Group's store check-in task program, adding up to an additional 7% bonus, resulting in a maximum total reward of 11%.
