Outdoor and Defense Products Drive Revenue Growth: Baguan Reports 62.83% Year-on-Year Increase in August Sales

Baguan Enterprise (1342-TW) announced today (4th) that its August revenue reached NT$307 million, representing a 9.01% decrease from the previous month but a significant 62.83% increase compared to the same period last year. This marks the sixth consecutive month that monthly revenue has remained above the NT$300 million threshold. Cumulative revenue for January to August 2026 totaled NT$2.557 billion, reflecting a 37.04% year-on-year increase.

The company attributed the over 60% year-on-year revenue growth in August primarily to expanded applications in outdoor and military products, which boosted market share and led to shipment volumes doubling compared to August 2025. Additionally, both medical and aerospace-marine product lines achieved double-digit year-on-year growth in August. Notably, the medical product line recorded a 23.7% month-on-month and 22.3% year-on-year increase, contributing significantly to the company's achievement of six consecutive months with revenue exceeding NT$300 million.

Baguan focuses on four key niche markets: outdoor, high-end medical, aerospace-marine, and defense industries. In the first eight months of 2026, all four product lines posted double-digit year-on-year growth, with cumulative growth rates of 50% for outdoor, 30% for medical, 20% for defense, and 12% for aerospace-marine. These combined performances have driven the company’s total revenue growth to 37.04%, maintaining record-high levels for both monthly and cumulative revenue during the same period in history.

Looking ahead, Baguan stated that enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing its product portfolio remain top priorities. The company currently has clear order visibility for the fourth quarter of 2026, with end-market demand continuing to rise steadily. Financial analysts project that Baguan will maintain stable and robust performance throughout the full fiscal year.

Baguan operates two business divisions—leather-fabric materials and finished component assemblies—and specializes in secondary and tertiary manufacturing processes and sales of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) functional fabrics and related finished components.
