Foxconn (2317-TW) announced today (24th) on behalf of its subsidiary HCM International Company that its board of directors has resolved to divest its holdings of 2.6328 million shares in the U.S. fintech company Figure Technology Solutions (FIGR-US). The purpose of the disposal is to realize investment gains, and the actual selling price and total transaction amount will be calculated and separately announced upon completion.

According to Foxconn, HCM International currently holds 2.6328 million ordinary shares of Figure Technology Solutions, with a carrying value of USD 80.5843 million, representing a 1.18% ownership stake. Figure Technology Solutions primarily provides a blockchain-native capital markets platform, with operations covering home equity loans, consumer credit, and asset tokenization. It delivers related financial services through platforms such as Figure Connect and DART.

Additionally, Foxconn announced on behalf of its subsidiary Joyspeed Global Cargo (China) Limited that its board has decided to dispose of its equity interest in Shanghai Yin Hua International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. The total transaction value is RMB 86 million, with the buyer being Jusda International Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.—a parent-subsidiary relationship. The purpose of the disposal is to optimize the group's equity structure.

Following the acquisition of 100% equity in Shanghai Yin Hua, Jusda International will conduct a cash capital increase of RMB 550 million. The two transactions together involve a total investment of RMB 636 million, funded entirely by internal resources. The specific objectives are to optimize the group's equity architecture and support long-term strategic investments.
