Approximately Half of Women Who Don't Exercise Answered "Thought About Starting" or "Used to Exercise in the Past"

While thinking "I have to exercise," it is often hard to get moving. Alternatively, you might have started once, only to find you had quit before you knew it. Many people can surely relate to such experiences.

Everyone knows that exercise is important for health, but it is not easy to actually establish it as a habit. So, what are the underlying reasons why people cannot start or continue exercising?

Therefore, this time, in collaboration with the machine-specialized Pilates studio 'the SILK', we conducted a survey on the "reasons for not being able to start or continue exercising" targeting 182 women who answered "I do not currently exercise regularly" in a preliminary survey.
