About 30% of Those Dreaming of Starting a Business Give Up Due to Lack of Funds; Customer Attraction and Funding Top the List of Needed Support

A joint survey by NEXER and Tenant Plaza targeting 75 individuals who have dreamed of starting their own business revealed that 32.0% abandoned their plans due to a 'lack of funds' and 'insufficient management knowledge.' The most desired industry for startups was 'restaurants' at 17.3%. When taking the first step, 36.0% cited 'financial aspects' as their biggest anxiety. Consequently, the most needed support identified by respondents was 'customer attraction support' (26.7%), followed by 'funding support' (22.7%) and 'business plan creation' (16.0%), highlighting the need for comprehensive assistance both before and after launching a business.
