The results showed that 47.1% of respondents identified 'homes with high energy-saving performance' as their most appealing ideal residence. Additionally, 40.3% prioritize creating a comfortable environment for their families. While cost remains the most critical factor (29.1%) when building a home, a significant 68.6% believe that future-proof, barrier-free designs are necessary, indicating a strong desire for long-term comfort and stability.
