The results showed that 61.8% have experienced such training, with 'new employee training' being the most common at 87.1%. While 68.3% felt the training was useful for their actual operations, some expressed dissatisfaction due to a lack of practicality. Among those who wanted improvements, 57.4% pointed to 'content'. The survey highlights that aligning training content with practical business needs is crucial.
