About 60% of people with work experience have received employee training! Approx. 68% found it useful for work

NEXER Inc. and the reskilling support training service 'LISKILLING' conducted a joint survey of 500 working adults regarding employee training. The results showed that 61.8% have experienced such training, with 'new employee training' being the most common at 87.1%. While 68.3% felt the training was useful for their actual operations, some expressed dissatisfaction due to a lack of practicality. Among those who wanted improvements, 57.4% pointed to 'content'. The survey highlights that aligning training content with practical business needs is crucial.
