A recent survey of 150 custom-home owners, conducted by NEXER Inc. and Nagaden House, explored satisfaction with after-sales service and long-term warranties. The results showed that 70% of respondents were satisfied ('very satisfied' 26.0%, 'somewhat satisfied' 44.0%). Reasons for satisfaction included prompt responses and regular inspections. Conversely, 30% were dissatisfied, citing issues like a lack of contact, the builder going bankrupt, or warranty claims being denied. The survey also found that 65.3% of buyers considered a long-term warranty important when selecting a housing company, highlighting the need for reliable, ongoing support.
