NEXST Inc. and CyberStep Holdings Inc. Conclude Basic Agreement for Business Alliance

NEXST Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takako Utsunomiya; hereinafter "NEXST") has concluded a basic agreement for a business alliance with CyberStep Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Suginami-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shinji Yuasa; hereinafter "CyberStep HD"). This alliance aims to create new value across content and commerce by connecting NEXST's AI/XR-based next-generation entertainment infrastructure with CyberStep HD's "Entertainment Commerce" model. NEXST is promoting the construction of an entertainment infrastructure integrating AI, XR, and Web3. It aims to redefine the relationship between artists and fans under the concept of "Fan Continuity," continuously expanding the value of fan support experiences through VR live viewing, digital goods collection, and reward exchanges using points earned in games. Furthermore, NEXST has built a network for acquiring and rights-processing photo and video data in the IP content domain, focusing on artists, idols, and characters both in Japan and internationally, giving it a strong advantage in content planning and development. On the other hand, CyberStep HD is advancing the construction of an entertainment commerce model that integrates "from contact creation to purchase," utilizing its content strength and user base cultivated in digital entertainment. Through this alliance, by connecting NEXST's content and technology with CyberStep HD's business foundation, it was determined that a redefinition of the traditionally fragmented structures of experience, distribution, and revenue, and the creation of new user value, would be possible, leading to this agreement. Based on this basic agreement, NEXST and CyberStep HD will proceed with discussions in the following areas: product planning and development utilizing artist-related content, expansion of user touchpoints through collaboration between both companies' services, consideration of initiatives linking digital content and physical products, and creation of content development and sales opportunities both domestically and internationally. The specific details and conditions will be decided through future discussions between both companies. NEXST will implement new forms of entertainment that integrate content, experience, and commerce through this alliance. In particular, by combining AI-driven content generation, immersive XR experiences, and a mechanism where fan actions accumulate as value, NEXST aims to achieve "continuous participation and value creation" rather than one-off consumption.
