Yui Kuroyama CEO of NEXT INNOVAITION Inc.

After completing graduate studies at the Graduate School of Engineering, Tohoku University, she worked as a mechanical engineer at Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. In 2020, she became independent and launched a web marketing business and an online school business. Subsequently, after serving as COO for a corporation involved in web marketing support and sales education for companies, she established NEXT INNOVAITION Inc. in 2025.

Currently, she focuses on DX consulting utilizing generative AI, AI human resource education, and AI system development. She provides support that accompanies companies from operational design to implementation and adoption for challenges such as "AI was introduced but not used in practice" and "AI became the goal, leading to no tangible results."
