Also, from an instructor's perspective, a structure is created where it is easy to have a dilemma: 'This child cannot be improved as expected by the curriculum' but 'I must follow the curriculum.' [Operational Structure] Sirius 2020 Co., Ltd., with about 20 years of experience in cram school management in Nara Prefecture, will contribute in terms of teaching know-how, career guidance, and management know-how.
