Official Guidebook 'NHK Taiga Drama Guide: Toyotomi Kyodai! Part 2' Featuring Dialogue Between Taiga Nakano and Riho Yoshioka to be Released May 29

NHK Publishing will release 'NHK Taiga Drama Guide: Toyotomi Kyodai! Part 2' on May 29, 2026.

This is the second part of the official guide for the Taiga drama 'Toyotomi Kyodai!', a success story depicting the struggle to conquer the country from the perspective of Hidenaga, the younger brother of Hideyoshi. The book includes a specially photographed "couple" dialogue between stars Taiga Nakano and Riho Yoshioka, a photo gallery, interviews with the cast, a historical feature by Shogo Imamura, a discussion on the "Honnō-ji Incident" between Jun Kaname (who plays Mitsuhide Akechi) and historical advisor Hiroyuki Shiba, an analysis of the title sequence, and a biographical manga of Hidenaga's life.

The cast interviews include major stars such as Taiga Nakano, Sosuke Ikematsu, Riho Yoshioka, Minami Hamabe, and Masaki Suda.
