Announcement of New Product Launch in June

Nichirei Foods (President: Masahiko Takenaga) announced the launch of "Andes-grown Mixed Berries" as a new frozen food product for home use, available from June 1, 2026. The household frozen mixed berry category has been performing well due to increasing convenience and health consciousness, with the market size in fiscal year 2025 projected to expand approximately 3.8 times compared to fiscal year 2020. Nichirei Foods aims to contribute to the revitalization of this category by adding "Andes-grown Mixed Berries" to its existing "Andes-grown Blueberries" lineup. This new product features four types of Chilean mixed berries harvested during their peak season, including popular blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. It can be naturally thawed and is perfect for eating as is or as a topping for yogurt, and comes with a convenient resealable bag. The product specification is 300g per bag, with 12 bags per case.
