"San-in Sanyo Yuttari Map" Wide-Area Tourist Map for the Chugoku Region Issued

The Japan National Tourism Organization (Chugoku Regional Office, located in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Chairman Masanobu Komoda, Chairman of Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.) is pleased to announce the issuance of the "San-in Sanyo Yuttari Map," a wide-area tourist map for the Chugoku region, aimed at promoting inbound tourism and encouraging round-trip travel.

A Tourist Guide Promoting Wide-Area Travel This map, jointly produced with the five prefectures of the Chugoku region and their respective tourism federations, aims to contribute to the promotion of the tourism industry and the revitalization of the regional economy by broadly introducing the region's diverse tourism resources. The content includes a wide-area tourist map, model courses, major transportation access, recommended tourist information for each prefecture, and a calendar of festivals, events, and flowers, comprehensively conveying the charms of the Chugoku region and serving to promote round-trip travel for a wide range of tourists.

Distribution and Utilization In addition to being distributed at various tourism events such as Tourism Expo Japan and the Chugoku/Shikoku Tourism Product Exhibition, this map will also be provided to tourism information centers in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya for the five prefectures of the Chugoku region, as well as to travel agents. The association will continue to strengthen its information dissemination through wide-area collaboration, working to promote tourism and encourage round-trip travel in the Chugoku region.
