At 'Chef's Theatre,' the 16th-floor French dining venue of the modern luxury hotel 'Mesm Tokyo, Autograph Collection' (1-10-30 Kaigan, Minato-ku; General Manager: Hisashi Oonuma), a summer limited-time menu titled 'Delicacies of the French Riviera' will be available as a semi-lunch buffet or dinner program from July 1 (Wed) to September 30 (Wed), 2026.

Currently offered at Chef's Theatre, the 'Traiteur Semi-Lunch Buffet' and the 5-course dinner program will be inspired by the rich culinary culture of Southern France, including the Provence and Côte d'Azur regions, for the three-month period starting in July.

For lunch, traditional French deli dishes popular in Southern France will be served in the 'Traiteur Semi-Lunch Buffet.' Amuse-bouche options include 'Conger Eel Fritters' and 'Octopus and Eggplant Verrine.' Appetizers feature colorful dishes using summer vegetables and olive oil, such as 'Pissaladière,' a local pizza-like dish layered with the savory flavors of anchovies and olives, and 'Provençal-Style Squid Salad.' Guests can choose from three main dishes: 'Sautéed Fresh Fish with Aromatic Sauce,' 'Provençal-Style Beef Daube,' and 'Sautéed Domestic Beef Loin' (+¥1,500).

For dinner, Chef's Theatre reimagines Southern French regional cuisine into a 5-course meal. Beginning with an amuse-bouche incorporating seafood like sweet shrimp, tuna, and abalone with a touch of Japanese influence, the appetizer is 'Sea Bass Provençal Garden,' an arrangement of sea bass carpaccio. The fish course layers nuances of saffron, while the meat course incorporates the rich flavors of Southern French herbs, fully expressing the taste of the region in the main dishes.
