Nikka Home Kanto Hosts Largest-Ever Annual Awards Ceremony with Over 400 Participants; 2025 MVP Announced

Nikka Home Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; CEO: Hirohisa Nishida), a residential renovation specialist, held its fiscal 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony through its Kanto Branch on May 12, 2026. This annual event honors exceptional performance and initiatives among approximately 430 staff members from 38 showrooms across the Kanto region.

Now in its third consecutive year, the ceremony saw a record turnout of over 400 participants, including employees and guests. Since its Kanto debut in 2009 with the Yokohama Tsurumi Showroom, the company has expanded its footprint to Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Gunma, and Tochigi. In 2026, new showrooms were opened in Kofu and Mito. The branch's total headcount reached approximately 430 following the induction of 33 new graduates this April.

The ceremony featured various award categories, including Sales Volume, Closing Rates, Rookie of the Year, and Team Performance. The highlight was the announcement of the Annual MVP, awarded to Mr./Ms. N of the Yokohama Hodogaya office. The announcement was made in a surprise format, keeping the winner confidential until the very moment, which sparked immense excitement in the hall.
