Nippon Soda (Nihon Soda) Selected for FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index for the 4th Consecutive Year

Nippon Soda Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Eiji Aga; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a constituent of the ESG index "FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index" for the fourth consecutive year.

The index is a performance indicator of Japanese companies that demonstrate excellent environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, created by the global index provider FTSE Russell. It is utilized by investors worldwide as an important investment decision-making criterion, including its adoption as a passive investment benchmark for ESG investment by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF). Furthermore, the Company has been selected as a constituent of the "FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index," an ESG index of the same company, for five consecutive years.
