The third episode spotlights Arakigumi Co., Ltd. (President: Raita Araki), headquartered in Okayama City. The program follows young site supervisors from the company, which has been rooted in Okayama for over 100 years, promoting regional development and talent cultivation under its guiding principle of 'artisan spirit'—a fusion of quality and dedication to craftsmanship. Once again, Noshizawa Nagisa, a Yoshimoto comedian with firsthand experience as a construction worker, and Akiyoshi Kosen, a local Okayama-based comedian, visit the construction site.

The site, located along the Asahi River at the foot of Okayama Castle, is a designated historic site featuring stone walls built over 400 years ago. This makes it essential to simultaneously implement flood damage prevention measures and preserve the historical landscape.
